Where does the Qsuli brand come from?
Qsuli is a Polish brand of modern furniture created directly by the manufacturer. All our products are designed and produced in-house, which gives us full control over the quality, materials, and finishing details. Choosing Qsuli means investing in Polish design and high-quality craftsmanship.
Where is Qsuli furniture made?
Our furniture is 100% made in Poland – in our production facility located in Sulistrowa, Podkarpackie province. This is where we manufacture each piece from start to finish using advanced machinery and expert know-how.
Can I buy Qsuli furniture in a physical store?
No, we don’t operate any physical stores. Qsuli is an online-only brand – you can order all our products exclusively through our website qsuli.com, which allows us to offer better prices and convenient service.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Go to qsuli.com, choose a product, add it to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your purchase. You will receive an email with the confirmation and all order details.
How can I pay for my order?

Can I pay in a currency other than PLN or EUR?

Shipping & Packaging
What is the delivery time?
If the product is in stock, we ship it within 48 hours. Made-to-order items have individual lead times, which are listed on the product page.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
In Poland, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. For international orders within the EU, it can take up to 7 days depending on the destination and courier.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Enter that number on the courier’s website to see the delivery status.
How is the furniture packaged?
We care about the environment and your furniture. Our products are packed securely using eco-friendly materials – mostly cardboard and paper, with minimal plastic. Each package is designed to protect your order in transit.
What does the delivery and assembly process look like?
Furniture is shipped in one or more boxes depending on size. Many products are partially pre-assembled. Assembly is quick, intuitive, and doesn’t require special tools or skills.
Can I pick up my order in person?
No – Qsuli is an online-only store. We do not offer local pickup. All orders are delivered via courier services.
Warranty, Returns & Complaints
What is the warranty period?
All our furniture comes with a minimum 24-month warranty.
Can I return a product?

Does the furniture require self-assembly?
Most of our products are either partially pre-assembled or don’t require assembly at all. Any required assembly is quick, simple, and doesn’t need special tools.
