You have 30 days to change your mind

Sometimes things just don’t work out – and that’s okay.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

How to return a product?

After notifying us, you have another 30 days to return the product.

📦 Make sure the product is properly secured for transport – ideally in its original packaging.

💸 The cost of returning the parcel is covered by the buyer.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll refund your payment within 30 days max.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase – unless otherwise agreed.

What cannot be returned?

We are unable to accept returns of:

• custom-made or personalized products,
• used or damaged items if the damage was caused by misuse.

What if the product is faulty?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item – we’re really sorry!

We’ll process your complaint in line with warranty or statutory claims and offer a solution as quickly as possible.

⏱️ Complaint handling time
We review complaints within 14 calendar days of receiving them. You’ll be informed of the outcome by email.
If your complaint is accepted, a refund or other agreed solution (such as replacement) will be processed without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of acceptance.
