Qsuli Production – Our Pride and Responsibility

Production is the heart of Qsuli.
It is right here — in our facility located in Sulistrowa, a small village in southern Poland — where the furniture you see in our store is born.

We don’t order ready-made products. We don’t rely on intermediaries. From the very first design, through the manufacturing of components, to final assembly — we have real control over every stage.

Our production is built on three pillars: experience, advanced technology, and conscious quality control. Thanks to this, we can offer furniture that truly meets customer expectations.

Advanced Technology – Traditional Craftsmanship Approach

At Qsuli, we blend modern manufacturing technology with a traditional approach to craftsmanship.
Our production site features CNC machines, press brakes, tube benders, robotic welding stations, and a powder coating line.

This allows us to create steel components with the precision and durability we demand.
While we do source certain elements (like wooden tops or packaging) from trusted local suppliers, all the key components that define the quality of our furniture are produced in-house.

We design, we manufacture, we assemble — not just assemble ready-made kits.

Quality Control

Quality is not a slogan for us — it’s part of our daily work. – At Qsuli, the quality control process is multilayered:

Self-checks

– During production, our employees continuously verify dimensions, fit, and compliance with technical drawings. They use templates, gauges, and manual measurements at every step.

Internal quality control

– Our dedicated quality control department conducts random inspections throughout the production process: from material cutting, through welding, painting, and final assembly.

This approach clearly sets us apart from brands operating under a white label system, where products often go directly from external producers to customers without the brand owner’s involvement.
We manufacture in-house and maintain full control over what ultimately reaches your home.
